Led the AI innovation initiative and won the TCS | Yodlee AI Hackathon by building an MCP Server that unified customer data from Splunk, New Relic, Amplitude and customer documents and exposed an intelligent chat-based interface via Claude Desktop.
Integrated LLMs into automation frameworks enabling agentic automation from natural language test cases, reducing test development time by ~70%.
Authored a Prompt Engineering Handbook and governance guide used as the initial system prompt for LLM-powered QA; developed a Dummy Account Generator (DAG) for dynamic test data.
Directed a 6-member engineering team through system integration, automation, and functional testing for pilot products (Credit Matrix, Credit Meter, Assets Transfer Verification, FastLink 4, Universal Config Tool).
